Christopher McGarey, CCIM, CPM®

As Founder and Co‐Team Leader of BHHS Nevada Properties, Commercial Division — McGarey Campa Group, Christopher McGarey has a real estate career that spans more than two decades, McGarey brings not only wisdom and experience but a genuine passion for his work.

Although a native of New York, McGarey began his real‐estate career in 1985 at Miken Development, a prominent commercial shopping center development firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. A few years later, after attending the University of Arizona, he joined one of the top producing investment brokerage teams in the Newport Beach office of Marcus & Millichap as transaction coordinator. Through his tireless efforts, the team secured and sold listings in excess of $2 million.

By 2003, he had created the firm McGarey Partners ‐ Commercial Real Estate Services, responsible for the overall operations of nearly 1 million square feet in real estate projects within the greater Las Vegas area.

In 2009 McGarey joined the firm of BHHS Nevada Properties, Commercial Division to form the McGarey Group, and ultimately the McGarey Campa Group partnership. McGarey holds numerous prestigious real estate designations including: CCIM — Certified Commercial Investment Member and CPM® ‐ Certified Property Manager. With a natural acumen for the real estate business coupled with an innate passion for providing the best service, McGarey has consistently provided added value for his clients through his incomparable ability to lease and manage income producing properties.

Joshua Campa, ARM®, RMP® 

As Co‐Team Leader Joshua oversees all operations of McGarey Campa Group’s Residential Management, Commercial Management & Sales divisions. Joshua’s real estate career spans over 14 years in property Management & Leasing with experience in every facet of property management operations.

Joshua began his real estate career in 2006 at McGarey Partners Commercial Real Estate Services where he spearheaded the firm’s marketing and operations. Aiding Chris in managing nearly 1 million square feet of commercial property.

With a business and marketing background from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas he has taken his real estate experience to founding and expanding the McGarey Campa Group’s residential property management division to nearly 500 residential units. Joshua currently holds several designations in Residential Property Management Including Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management®(IREM) & the Residential Management Professional® (RMP) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers® (NARPM). He serves as the President for the Southern Nevada Chapter of NARPM in addition to serving on committees for NARPM National & the Las Vegas Association of Realtors®. His education and experience in Residential Property management are key to ensuring that the McGarey Campa Group provides the highest level of Residential Property Management Service.
